Pride in the Park, Larimer County (2021)

The first annual "revive your pride" event held in City Park, Fort Collins in 2021. The "revive" mantra refers both to returning the festivities to City Park--the traditional venue of early Pride events in the city--and a return to pride celebrations in the aftermath of COVID-19, which cancelled many pride events in 2020. The event was organized by Northern Colorado Equality. Participant organizations included SPLASH Northern Colorado, ONE Colorado, CSU Pride Resource Center, Eclectic, Free Mom Hugs (Colorado), Poudre Valley Library, SAVA, and a remembrance shelter for the Transgender Day of Remembrance. Larimer County Health Department helped coordinate COVID-19 vaccinations during the event. Collection includes 21 still images and 1 video file.
